In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have consumer rights and guarantees that cannot be limited by us.

Change of mind

We know you’re going to absolutely love your new stationery, however please ensure that you choose carefully as we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Faulty items

If you receive any items which are faulty, wrongly described or different to the sample shown, you may be entitled to receive either a refund of the purchase price (including delivery charges), or a replacement product, provided that the item is returned within a reasonable time. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can help you out. 

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued to you once we have received the item.

Damaged items

We take great care in making sure your items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive to you safely. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot take responsibility if your order is damaged in transit. 

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.  We will do all that we can to assist you to follow up with this issue.

Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty/damaged and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund/exchange process

If your item meets our return conditions set out above, please contact us at hello@papersociety.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you with the next steps.  Please include your name, order number, product name, reason for return and any photographs which show the fault/damage. 

The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unused in its original condition, in the original packaging.

Returns requested or received outside the timeframes set out in our return policy are subject to the discretion of Paper Society Stationery.  We reserve the right to deny any returns which do not comply with this return policy, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome of your return. 

If approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or your replacement product will be posted to you.
