How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50.

For orders under $50 we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $4.95

If you need your order pronto, we highly recommend you choose express shipping at checkout.  We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $15.


We currently ship internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and a number of countries in Europe.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the destination and weight of your order. 

Our shipping rates do not include customs duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

New Zealand

Shipping rates starting from $15.00. Estimated delivery time frame: 4-7 business days.

US & Canada

Shipping rates starting from $20.00.  Estimated delivery time frame: 6-15 business days.

UK & Europe

Shipping rates starting from $20.00.  Estimated delivery time frame: 6-15 business days.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship orders Monday to Friday and aim to ship most orders within 2 business days.  During busy periods such as holidays or sales we may experience minor delays in shipping your order out.

What will my order be packaged in?

All orders are packaged by us with love and care to make sure they arrive safe and sound to your door.  We package your order in a recyclable cardboard mailer.

Occasionally we may package your order in an Australia Post satchel.  These satchels are able to be dropped off at select supermarkets for recycling. For more details and where to find your nearest drop off point visit https://www.redcycle.net.au/

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia.

Delivery to capital cities and metro areas:

For standard delivery please allow 2-6 business days.

For express delivery please allow 1-2 business days.

Delivery to regional and rural areas:

For both standard and express delivery please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet/arrived damaged

Oh no! While we package your orders with love and care, sometimes due to situations out of our control your order might not arrive as smoothly as we'd like. If this happens, please send us an email at hello@papersociety.com.au together with your order number and any photographs or information you have to assist us.  We will do all we can to follow up on this for you to make things right again.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email to let you know when your order has shipped. The email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your order's journey to your door online.


Where are your products designed and made?

Our products are designed in Brisbane, Australia and are proudly made in Australia too.

Is the paper you use environmentally sustainable?

Yes! Sustainability is an incredibly important consideration for us when designing our products.  Our stationery is printed on quality FSC Certified 100% recycled paper stock made entirely from post consumer waste.  Our paper stock is also made carbon neutral and is process chlorine free.

Aside from being environmentally sustainable, we absolutely love the luxe texture and beautiful natural speckle that recycled paper gives to our products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept secure payment using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments & PayPal.  Payment is also able to be made using Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.
